When PAN Card is Required:

  • Income Tax Filing: Mandatory for filing tax returns

PAN Application Process

Step 1: Document Submission

Submit required documents (ID proof, address proof, photo) at our center.

Step 2: Form Filling

We fill Form 49A (for Indians) or Form 49AA (for foreigners) online.

Step 3: Payment & Submission

Make payment and we submit application to NSDL/UTITSL.

Step 4: Acknowledgment

Receive acknowledgment number for tracking application status.

Step 5: PAN Card Delivery

Receive PAN card by post at your registered address.

Regular service: 15-20 working days. Express service: 7-10 working days. e-PAN can be downloaded instantly.

Is PAN-Aadhaar linking mandatory?

Yes, it's mandatory to link PAN with Aadhaar. Without linking, PAN becomes inoperative and you may face difficulties in financial transactions.

Can I apply for PAN without Aadhaar?

Yes, you can apply with other documents like passport, driving license, or voter ID. However, linking with Aadhaar is still required later.
